Ingredients : 440 ml Aquafafa
300 gr Buckwheat flour
100 ml water
1 sodium bicarbonate teaspoon
1/2 salt teaspoon

How to do it ?
- in a bowl, mix the dry ingredients
- in the Vitamix, whipped the aquafaba
- Add gently the whipped aquafaba to the dry ingredients
- In a non stick skillet (medium heat) pour 1/4 cup of batter (lid on).
When small bubbles appear, flip the pancake....
- Repeat until the end of the batter.
