Stir fry - Kale rice and pomegranate

Preparation time : 15 minutes –
Cooking time : 10 minutes

Ingredients :
2 cups rice kale (kale shredded S blade food processor)
2 cups brown rice already cooked
8 tablespoons pomegranate
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Soya sauce
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1 cup of water

How to cook it ?
Fry the pine nuts with the olive oil (2 minutes max)
Add the kale and the water (cooking times : 3 minutes)
Add the remaining ingredients (cooking time : 10 minutes)
Serve with pomegranate, pine nuts and some additional olive oil on the top
