The Charolay region is known traditionally for its meat with the famous Charolaises cows. But here, we're talking about goat cheeses. In between Rhône Alpes, Auvergne and Burgundy, not to far from Lyon (north), the Rizet family elaborate a very tasty and creamy goat cheese.
