6 medium zucchini
100g cream cheese
2 garlic gloves
1 meat or vegetables stock (see image)
Salt and pepper
Water 1l 1/2
Cut the zucchini in small slices
Saute the onions and the zucchini till they're almost translucide in a pot (see image)
Add the cream cheese
Add the meat or vegetables stock
Salt and pepper according to taste
Add the water so its level is right underneath the zucchini
Cook for 30 min
Serve with cilantro.
