Post long runs recovery smoothie
Any kind of smoothie will do the trick. Yesterday I just wanted something light with not too much pulp.
Ingredients - for one person.
2 navel oranges
1 organic apple
1 cup of whole peanuts
1 scoop of Reyal Performance Classic Vanilla Whey protein powder
Make a juice out the the oranges and apple
In a mixer, mix the juice, peanuts and protein powder
Drink and reflect on what you just achieved.
