Green salad, cooked mushrooms and eggs, sliced almonds and dry cranberries.
Very good and simple dish for a lunch. Low calorie and protein intake with the eggs.
Ingredients (for one serving):
Green salad
2 eggs
5 white mushrooms
1 handful of dry cranberrries
1 handful of sliced almonds.
Cook in a pan the mushrooms and eggs.
Mix a a bowl all the ingredients
Add the dressing: olive oil - balsamic vinegar - salt - pepper.
