2 big sweet potatoes
450g tofu firm to medium firm
1 tea spoon of turmeric
Organic peanut sauce
How to do it:
Cook the quinoa
Cut the tofu in small cubes, cook them in a pan mixed with the turmeric
Put the cook tofu in the oven at 350 F till it looks crispy (10 to 15 min)
Cut the sweet potatoes in small cubes, boil them
Mix all the cooked ingredients in a big pot and mix with the whole bottle of peanut sauce.
Salt and pepper can be added according to taste.
