HAVE YOU EVER WANTED TO OWN A PIECE OF SAILING HISTORY?
This gaff rigged sloop started off as an aluminium lifeboat and after and extensive 3 years labour of love, this 26’ double-ended pocket cruiser set sail to become one of the most recognizable boats in Vancouver. Using nearly all recycled materials, each detail on this vessel has a purpose and a story: from the bronze portholes purchased from a TV film set to the fir spars salvaged from a navy battleship. Odin has served her owners well cruising up and down the BC Coast, including circumnavigating Vancouver island. Powered be a newer beta marine 14 hp inboard diesel, all halyards and sheets lead aft to the cockpit for easy handling under sail. Down below the cabin is beautifully finished in mahogany and yellow cedar, offers 2 single berths and Force 10 two burner stove with creative storage solutions to store all your gear.
ODIN is moored at the Vancouver Maritime Museum Heritage Harbour. The new owner will have to apply as the moorage is not automatically transferrable.
