Pre-workout quinoa salad with smoked salmon.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of quinoa
50 gr of smoked salmon
Capers
Olives
2 table spoons of sliced almonds
2 table spoons of pumpkin seeds
Cilantro according to taste
Dressing: Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
How to do it:
Cook the quinoa and mix all the other ingredients with the dressing.
It's fast, super easy and very good for any work out. Just make sure you eat at least 2 hours before starting your work out.
