Stuffed tomatoes

Serving six.

Ingredients
Six big tomatoes
One sweet onion
Two shallots
Cilantro
2 garlic gloves
One pound of extra lean beef
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Cut the top of the tomatoes (to form a little hat)
Remove the inside of the tomatoes and reserve
In a pan, fry the onion and garlic, once the onion pieces are translucide, put the meat and cook it.
Add the cilantro, salt and pepper
In a oven dish, stuff each tomato with the cooked meat, put the little hat on top
Put the remaining and the meat and the inside of the tomatoes in the dish
Cook in the oven at 375 F for 25min

Very hot, so careful before eating!
