Roasted sliced potatoes with onions, garlic and gruyère.

Recipe for 8 people.

8 potatoes.
1 onion.
5 garlic gloves.
3 cups of milk or oat milk.
A cup of grated gruyère.
3 TB spoon of olive oil.
Nutmeg.
Salt.
Pepper.

This easy recipe will bring you joy and combined with a green salad is simply fantastic!

Pre heat the oven to 375 F.

Peel the potatoes.
Slice the potatoes.
Peel the onion.
Slice the onion.

On a big dish pour the olive oil, put a first layer of potatoes cover it with the sliced onion.
Put the garlic gloves in various areas of the pan.
Put the grated gruyère on top.
Sprinkle the nutmeg, salt and pepper according to taste.
